本文粗略地概述抗战时期陕甘宁边区的道路运输事业,只单方面地论述陆路运输,不涉及船运的问题。陕甘宁边区多山,道路崎岖,所有河流因水流太急或过浅,不能通船水运,而且汽车也很少,可通汽车的公路里程又不长,只能依靠牲畜或简陋的大车和人力,交通运输十分不便。笔者把叙述重点放在边区畜力驮运的发展经过及其组织形式上,不拟分析边区内由自卫军、少年先锋队等担负的战勤运输(军需物品、军公粮草等的运送)的问题。虽然战勤运 This article gives a rough outline of road transport in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region during the War of Resistance Against Japan.
