一、问题的提出 邯郸矿务局郭二庄选煤厂筛分车间的一台ZD1740型单轴座式振动筛,自投产以来运行情况很不理想。该筛在起动和停车过程中,当筛子的振动频率通过共振区时,弹簧工作圈之间发生碰撞,强大的冲击力直接传递给了安装筛子的钢筋混凝土梁,致使其中的一根梁产生了严重的裂纹,严重地威胁着厂房的安全。另外,筛子的弹簧损坏严重,增大了设备维修量和事故停车率。为了保证选煤厂的安全生产,必须对这台振动筛进行彻底改进。
