观察六种氧疗工具(单侧鼻导管、双侧鼻导管、鼻塞、Venti面罩、高频喷射通气、高频喷射通气并用体外膈肌起搏)对115例肺心病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的氧疗效果,结果表明Venti面罩对提高PaO_2和降低PaCO_2为最佳。
Oxygen therapy of 115 patients with pulmonary heart disease type Ⅱ respiratory failure was observed with six oxygen therapy tools (unilateral nasal cannula, bilateral nasal cannula, nasal prong, Venti mask, high frequency jet ventilation, high frequency jet ventilation and external diaphragmatic pacing) The results show Venti mask to improve PaO_2 and reduce PaCO_2 for the best.
