受全球金融危机影响,我国正面临着经济增速放缓的危险,不容乐观的就业形势给中职学校毕业生的就业和人才培养带来了严峻的挑战和难得的机遇。本文从金融危机对职业教育的影响入手,提出在金融危机下职业教育发展的几点策略,即关注金融危机走势,加强自身信息处理能力;关注行业的未来发展,完善专业设置;充分利用校外资源条件,扩大就业渠道;深化教育教学改革,提高综合素质。
Affected by the global financial crisis, our country is facing the danger of economic slowdown. Unsatisfactory employment situation has posed severe challenges and rare opportunities for the employment and personnel training of secondary vocational school graduates. This article starts with the impact of financial crisis on vocational education, and puts forward some strategies for the development of vocational education under the financial crisis, that is, paying attention to the trend of financial crisis and strengthening its own information processing capabilities; paying attention to the future development of the industry and improving professional settings; making full use of extra-curricular resources Conditions, expand employment channels; deepen education and teaching reform, improve the overall quality.
