大白菜杂种优势利用的主要目的是创造高产、优质的杂交组合。为达到这一目的而进行的大白菜杂种优势利用工作,涉及的第一个问题,就是怎样合理选配亲本。用双列杂交的设计方法,测定供试亲本的配合力,对于合理选用亲本,鉴定组合优劣尤有必要。双列杂交的交配系统,最初由Schmidt(1919)提出,讨论和应用,Griffing(1956)将这一设计进行综合整理,提出双列杂交的设计方案及相应的分析方法。到目前为止,将此法应用于蔬菜方面的,国内外已有不少报导,但有关大白菜方面的却较少。本文应用双列杂交的方法,对大白菜后代的几种数量性状进行了配合力分析,其目的:1、比较供试亲本的两种配合力,确定高产、优质的杂交组合;2、估算大白菜几种数量性状的遗传成份和群体遗传力,为在育种工作中合理选用亲本,提供理论依据。
The main purpose of heterosis utilization of Chinese cabbage is to create high-yielding and high-quality hybrid combinations. The first issue involved in the utilization of the heterosis of Chinese cabbage for this purpose is how to rationally match the parents. Using the method of double-line hybridization to determine the combining ability of the tested parents, it is necessary to identify the pros and cons of the combinations for rational selection of the parents. The diploid mating system was originally proposed, discussed and applied by Schmidt (1919). Griffing (1956) arranged the design and proposed the design of the hybridization and the corresponding analytical methods. So far, this method has been applied to vegetables, there have been many reports at home and abroad, but less about the Chinese cabbage. In this paper, we analyzed the combining ability of several quantitative traits of Chinese cabbage by using the double-line hybridization. The purpose of this study was to compare the two combining ability of the tested parents to determine the high-yielding and high-quality hybrid combinations.2. The genetic components and heritability of several quantitative traits in Chinese cabbage provide the theoretical basis for rational selection of parents in breeding work.
