从中药薜荔果籽中提取并分离出多糖,对多种大、小鼠实体型肿瘤、腹水瘤进行了抑瘤试验,均有明显抑瘤作用,特别是对淋巴肉瘤Ⅰ号腹水型及皮下型、瓦克癌_(256)、网织细胞肉瘤腹水型及皮下型、肉瘤_(180)的抑制作用更为显著。观察了它对ARS瘤腹水型的瘤细胞的作用,见到瘤细胞核分裂明显减少而退变型细胞显然比对照组多。
