笔者通过对空间使用对象的研究及量化其空间基本元素,重点论述狭义空间下的居住单元空间、商业单元空间、公共活动单元空间等三方面内容。从宏观、中观、微观三方面视角下分别选择三种不同尺度图形量化进行深入分析,将迭代法则运用于量化图形中,并通过数据的统计与整理对小区内部做以科学的分析。进而探讨如何通过调整空间布局手段及再利用“加法”来解决单位制住区的各种问题,以期为我国的单位制住区改造提出有益的建议。 Through the research on the object of space use and the quantification of the basic elements of space, the author mainly discusses three aspects of living space, commercial space and public activity space under the narrow space. From the perspectives of macro, meso and micro, this paper chooses three different scales of graphics quantitatively for further analysis, applies the iterative rule to the quantitative graphics, and makes a scientific analysis of the interior of the district through the statistics and arrangement of data. Then it explores how to solve various problems in the unit-controlled area by adjusting spatial layout and reusing “addition ” so as to provide useful suggestions for the reform of the unit-controlled area in our country.
