本文阐述了广泛开展齿轮齿面粗糙度测量的必要性,以及目前对齿面粗糙度的检查和测量方法,重点介绍我校使用的测量齿面粗糙度的“新装置”的测量原理、测量方法及测量结果分析。该装置是用3201型万能渐开线检查仪与GCN-2型通用表面粗糙度检查仪相连接并改装而成,用微观误差测量头代替宏观误差测量头,它具有设备投资少,测量精度高、操作方便等优点,是目前一般工厂学校均可使用的较理想装置。
This article elaborates the necessity of extensively measuring gear tooth surface roughness and the current method of inspection and measurement of tooth surface roughness. The measurement principle of the “new device” for measuring tooth surface roughness used in our university is mainly introduced. And measurement results analysis. The device is connected with the GCN-2 Universal Surface Roughness Tester by means of Model 3201 Universal Involute Inspector and the modification is made by using the micro-error measuring head instead of the macro-error measuring head. It has the advantages of less equipment investment and high measuring accuracy , Easy to operate and so on, is the ideal plant that can be used in general factory schools.
