本文介绍的一种造纸工业用棍,主要是由碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)组成,被称为“碳纤维辊环”。碳纤维辊相对于金属辊具有质量轻、惯性低、偏转角低和固有频率高等优点。今天,碳纤维辊已逐渐用于机械工业,如胶卷制造,纸张制造和印刷机当中。当碳纤维辊用于造纸机时,该辊具有两个重要的技术特点:能够在超高速状态下稳定旋转,拥有长的使用寿命。一个重点是辊的制造技术。为了实现辊在超高速状态下稳定旋转,必须使辊具有很高的动态平衡,另一个是辊的表面处理技术。高速移动纸张的表面可以是粗糙的,所以个关键是滚筒表面应具有高耐磨性。热喷涂可以使碳纤维辊表面具有高的耐磨性。本文讨论的已成熟应用的热喷涂5.4m长碳纤维辊环,该辊安装在纸的分切机/复卷机上,以2300m/min超高速稳定旋转,并没有磨损。
This paper describes a stick for the paper industry, mainly composed of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), known as “carbon fiber roll ring ”. Carbon fiber roller relative to the metal roller with light weight, low inertia, low deflection angle and high natural frequency advantages. Today, carbon fiber rollers are increasingly being used in the machinery industry, such as film manufacturing, paper manufacturing and printing presses. When a carbon fiber roll is used in a paper machine, the roll has two important technical features: a stable rotation at very high speeds and a long service life. One focus is roller manufacturing technology. In order to achieve a stable rotation of the roller at very high speed, the roller must have a very high dynamic balance and the other is the roller surface treatment technique. The surface of high-speed moving paper can be rough, so the key is the roller surface should have high wear resistance. Thermal spraying can make carbon fiber roll surface with high wear resistance. This article discusses a well-established thermal spray 5.4m long carbon fiber roll ring that is mounted on a paper slitter / winder and rotates stably at 2300m / min with no wear.
