清水压井过油管射孔能够使油层减少损害,提高射孔质量。近年来,国内清水压井过油管射孔方法推广较迅速,应用效果明显,促进了油田的勘探与开发。大庆喇嘛甸、萨尔图油田152口井采用该方法比泥浆压井射孔开井诱喷喷活率提高28.2%,气举率下降24.6%,压裂率降低3.5%。在萨尔图高台子油层,采用清水过油管和泥浆射孔各10口井,经计算,前者比后者射孔的完善系数提高20%,平均井的折算半径增大0.8米。大庆油田采用清水压井过油管射孔获得了较好的地质效果和明显的经济效益。目前,胜利、中原、大港等油田都在试验和推广该方法。清水作为完井液,对油层的损害仍是严重的。因此,为使油井在射孔后投产及其后的各项作业保持最佳状态,还应寻求一种对油层无损害的新型完井液。
Clear well killing well tubing perforation can reduce damage to the reservoir and improve perforation quality. In recent years, the method of water well killing in domestic wells has been popularized more rapidly and has obvious application effect, which has promoted the exploration and development of oil fields. In 152 wells of Daqing Lamadian and Sartu Oilfield, the injection rate increased by 28.2%, the gas lift rate decreased by 24.6% and the fracturing rate decreased by 3.5% compared with that of mud well perforating. In Saertu Gaotaizi reservoir, 10 wells were drilled with fresh water through the tubing and mud. The perfection coefficient of the former was increased by 20% and the average radius of the well was increased by 0.8 meters. Daqing Oilfield using well killing oil well perforation obtained better geological results and obvious economic benefits. Currently, Victory, Central Plains, Dagang and other oil fields are testing and promoting the method. Water as a completion fluid, the damage to the reservoir is still serious. Therefore, in order to make the well go into operation after perforation and its subsequent operations to maintain the best condition, but also to seek a new type of completion fluid without damage to the reservoir.
