采用4元2次旋转组合设计,建立了含糖率、产糖量数学模型。对模型进行了寻优、单因素效应分析、边际效应分析和多方案最佳农艺措施的确定。分析表明,方程含糖率最优解明显高于单因素效应的最优目标值;磷肥和密度对含糖率、产糖量呈正效应,氮肥和灌水次数超过一定限度则呈负效应;磷肥与密度的交互作用对含糖率有显著影响;在中等肥力水平条件下,最佳农艺措施为:尿素为26.1~34.6kg/亩,三料磷肥10.01~14.25kg/亩,密度为5700~7900株/亩,灌水3~5次。
Using 4 yuan 2 times rotating combination design, established a sugar content, sugar production mathematical model. The model was optimized, single factor analysis, marginal effects analysis and multi-program to determine the best agronomic practices. The results showed that the optimal solution of sugar content in the equation was significantly higher than the optimal target value of single-factor effect. Phosphate fertilizer and density had a positive effect on sugar content and sugar yield, negative effect when nitrogen fertilizer and irrigation times exceeded a certain limit. The interaction of density had a significant effect on the sugar content. Under medium fertility level, the best agronomic measures were urea (26.1 ~ 34.6kg / acre), Sanliao phosphate (10.01 ~ 14.25kg / acre) The density of 5700 ~ 7900 plants / mu, irrigation 3 ~ 5 times.
