目的:建立痛风颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中薏苡仁、赤芍、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定知母中有效成分菝葜皂苷元的含量。结果:TLC特征明显、专属性强;菝葜皂苷元进样量在0.546~4.368μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.74%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于痛风颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of gout particles. Methods: TLC method was used to qualitatively identify coixenolide, radix paeoniae, and licorice. The content of saponins in Zhimu was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detection. RESULTS: The characteristics of TLC were obvious and the specificity was strong. There was a good linear relationship (r=0.9998) between the range of 0.546~4.368 μg and the integral value of the triterpenoid saponin injection. The average recovery rate was 97.74%, and the RSD was 1.3. % (n=6). Conclusion: The established standard can be used for quality control of gout particles.
