这次《东北汽车产业蓝皮书》发布,意图还原东北汽车产业全景,启示东北汽车发展的未来专门撰写一本《东北汽车产业蓝皮书》是一件自讨苦吃的事情——说重了,怕有人不高兴;说轻了,怕读者不乐意;倾斜到任何一边,都有违《蓝皮书》的中立定位;允执其中,几乎不可能。但我们认为再有各种困难,只要坚持客观描述,它就还是扇动翅膀的蝴蝶,在谋求东北振兴的道路上,能够起到一定的作用。
