文章以上海市区各所中学生命科学在岗专职教师为调查对象,系统分析了数字教育资源的应用现状。通过使用Mann-Whitney U差异检验、多元线性回归等方法,发现硬件建设已经达到较好普及,而软件配置与内容设计却显不足,减轻教学负担并不是建设数字教育资源的主要目标。统计结果还显示,职称较高的教师对数字资源提升教学效果更加乐观,而教龄在11~15年的教师对信息化的接受程度最低。初中教师的使用感受更佳,而高中教师的使用频率更高。公开课评比或学校工作要求等外部动机与教师的使用频率和感受并不相关。因此,要提升教师的使用频率和感受,应着力激发教师内在动机,转变对新技术的保守态度。面向未来发展,上海基础教育中数字资源普及现状与问题将对全国数字教育资源建设工作带来启示。
The article surveys the full-time teachers in life science posts in all secondary schools in Shanghai, systematically analyzes the current application of digital educational resources. Through the use of Mann-Whitney U difference test, multiple linear regression and other methods, we found that the hardware construction has reached a fairly good popularity while the software configuration and content design are inadequate. The reduction of teaching burden is not the main goal of building digital education resources. The statistics also show that teachers with higher professional titles are more optimistic about improving teaching effectiveness of digital resources, while teachers with a teaching experience of 11-15 years have the lowest level of acceptance of information technology. Middle school teachers feel better, while high school teachers use them more often. External motivation such as appraisal or school job requirements is not related to the frequency and feeling of teachers. Therefore, to enhance the frequency and feeling of teachers, efforts should be made to stimulate teachers’ intrinsic motivation and change their conservative attitude towards new technologies. Facing the future development, the status quo and problems of popularization of digital resources in basic education in Shanghai will bring enlightenment to the construction of digital educational resources nationwide.
