近年来,无创检测动脉系统弹性功能日益受到关注。其中脉搏波传导速度测定是目前常用的动脉弹性功能检测指标之一。在动脉系统不同节段测量的脉搏波传导速度反映不同动脉血管节段的弹性特征,可能具有不同的病理生理基础及不同的临床意义。
In recent years, non-invasive detection of arterial system flexibility has received increasing attention. Pulse wave velocity measurement is one of the commonly used indicators of arterial elasticity test. The measurement of pulse wave velocity at different segments of the arterial system reflects the elastic characteristics of different arterial segments and may have different pathophysiological basis and different clinical significance.
