本文通过使用磨细赤泥取代低品质粉煤灰和矿粉的试验,研究赤泥作为掺合料对水泥胶砂和预拌混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:赤泥取代20%低品质粉煤灰应用于混凝土中时,水泥胶砂抗压强度和混凝土抗压强度最优,且均高于基准样;赤泥取代磨细矿渣粉时,随着取代量增加抗压强度均出现不同程度的降低;混凝土掺入赤泥后较普通混凝土抗氯离子渗透性提高了14.5%。
In this paper, the use of ground red mud instead of low-quality fly ash and slag test to study the red mud as a admixture of cement mortar and ready mixed concrete performance. The test results show that compressive strength of cement mortar and concrete compressive strength are the best when red mud replaces 20% low-quality fly ash in concrete, and both are higher than the reference sample. When red mud replaces ground slag powder, With the increase of substitution amount, the compressive strength decreased with different degrees. The concrete resistance to chloride ion increased by 14.5% compared with that of ordinary concrete.
