地勘单位属地化管理后,职工教育培训工作已基本上条块分离,各自为政,原有的职工教育工作模式已不能适应新时期地勘工作的需求,因此,对属地化后的地勘单位职工教育及培训工作要作重新认识、重新研究、重新计划、重新实施。属地化管理后,地勘单位职工教育工作出现了各种各样的问题,本文就怎样解决这些问题,作为探讨的重点,并提出有关看法和建议。
