On August 25, the draft “Criminal Law Amendment (VII)” submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress formally added “MLM” (Draft Provisions: Organizing and Leading the Organization of MLM Practices in Serious Cases Shall be sentenced to not more than three years of fixed-term imprisonment or criminal detention and shall be fined; if the circumstances are especially serious, the case shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than seven years and shall also be fined;
