在市场经济的推动下,企业管理水平不断提高,相应的企业绩效考核机制发生较大的变化,企业绩效已经成为企业战略目标的实现形式之一。在市场经济发展的形势下,必须重视企业财务会计工作。企业绩效也属于财务管理的主要内容之一,而科学有效的绩效考核能够有效促进企业的运营和发展,提高企业财务会计工作水平,促进企业更好的发展。本文主要从企业管理视域分析绩效效应模式下的财务会计工作。

This article mainly analyzes the financial accounting under the mode of performance effect from the perspective of business management.
