为深入贯彻落实《中共中央关于加强和改进思想政治工作的若干意见》和中央思想政治工作会议精神 ,黑河市委宣传部、市社科联于 1 0月 2 7日联合召开了全市“加强和改进思想政治工作”理论研讨会。会议从理论与实践相结合上对我市在新形势下的思想政治工作作了深入细致地研究和探讨。进一步明确了加强和改进新时期思想政治工作的重要意义和指导思想 ,研究了思想政治工作的规律和适应新形势要求的方式方法。本期从研讨会论文中选择一批有一定代表性的文章予以发表。最近 ,江泽民同志在中央思想政治工作会议上关于党的思想政治工作“是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线 ,是团结全党和全国各族人民实现党和国家各项任务的中心环节 ,是我们党和社会主义国家的重要政治优势”的论述 ,深刻地揭示了思想政治工作在党和国家全局工作中的地位和作用。面对新世纪 ,随着改革的不断深入 ,特别是经济成份和经济利益的多样化 ,社会生活方式的多样化 ,社会组织形式多样化 ,就业和就业形式多样化 ,使思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容、渠道、对象等都发生了深刻的变化。面对这些新情况、新问题 ,思想政治工作再不能简单重复过去的老办法、老模式 ,必须在总结经验 ,继承优良传统的基础上 ,积极探索新思路、新途径 ,不断改进?
