目的:建立山绿茶降压胶囊HPLC指纹图谱并结合一测多评法对其中4个活性成分绿原酸、芦丁、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C的含量进行测定。方法:采用Agilent 1100高效液相色谱仪,以绿原酸为参照物建立山绿茶降压胶囊的指纹图谱并采用斜率矫正法计算其与芦丁、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C间的相对校正因子,分别用外标法和一测多评法计算含量。结果:建立了10批山绿茶降压胶囊的指纹图谱,标定了26个共有指纹峰,相似度均在0.98以上,指认其中4个峰并进行含量测定,各成分的一测多评计算值与外标法实测值间均无显著性差异。结论:本实验将指纹图谱定性与一测多评法多指标成分定量技术相结合,该方法准确、可行,为山绿茶胶囊的质量控制提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of the mountain green tea hypotensive capsule and determine the contents of four active ingredients chlorogenic acid, rutin, iso-chlorogenic acid A and iso-chlorogenic acid C in combination with a multi-evaluation method. Methods: The Agilent 1100 HPLC and chlorogenic acid as reference were used to establish the fingerprint of shanqinchajianjiangya capsule, and the relationship between rutin, isocrochloric acid A and chlorogenic acid C Of the relative correction factor, respectively, with a standard test method and multiple evaluation content. Results: Fingerprints of 10 batches of Sanqiancha Capsules were established, and 26 common fingerprint peaks were calibrated. The similarities were above 0.98. Four peaks were identified and their contents were determined. There was no significant difference between the external standard method measured values. Conclusion: This experiment combines the qualitative identification of fingerprints with the quantitative determination of multiple index components in a multi-assessment method. The method is accurate and feasible, which can provide a reference for the quality control of Shan-green tea capsules.
