鉴定种子的真假、纯度是种子质检部门、育种研究单位、制种单位和种子公司以及农民共同关心的话题。而种子纯度鉴定工作涉及生物学、遗传学、生物化学以及分子生物学等多个领域的知识,是一项复杂的工作。目前,甜瓜种子纯度检测主要靠传统的田间种植方法、蛋白质电泳技术以及DNA分子标记技术,旨在探索经济、准确、快速可靠的鉴定方法。
Identification of true and false seeds, the purity of the seed quality inspection departments, breeding research units, seed production units and seed companies and farmers are topics of common concern. However, it is a complicated task for the identification of seed purity to involve in many fields such as biology, genetics, biochemistry and molecular biology. At present, the detection of melon seed purity mainly rely on the traditional field planting methods, protein electrophoresis technology and DNA molecular marker technology, to explore the economic, accurate, fast and reliable identification methods.
