肾小管酸中毒临床并不多见。我科自1980年6月至1984年8月共遇到4例。例1,女,1岁3个月因不规则发热1个月,多饮多尿半个月于1980年6月10日以尿崩症、暑热症收住院。检查:血白细胞5100,中性粒细胞32、淋巴细胞68。尿常规:蛋白(+),白细胞3～4,小圆上皮细胞(+),尿糖(-),尿比重1.006,尿培养为大肠杆菌,菌落计数>10万/ml。胸片:支气管感染。肝功能正
Renal tubular acidosis is rare. Our department from June 1980 to August 1984 encountered a total of 4 cases. Example 1, female, 1 year old 3 months due to irregular fever 1 month, drink more urine for half a month in June 10, 1980 with diabetes insipidus, summer fever admitted to hospital. Check: white blood cells 5100, neutrophils 32, lymphocytes 68. Urine: protein (+), white blood cells 3 to 4, small round epithelial cells (+), urine sugar (-), urine specific gravity 1.006, urine culture for Escherichia coli, colony count> 100,000 / ml. Chest radiograph: bronchial infection. Positive liver function
