目的建立不同粒径连翘粉体的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)特征指纹图谱,并对其进行系统聚类分析,探讨粒径与化学成分溶出特征的相关性。方法将连翘药材进行粉碎、过筛,按粒径大小分成10组,采用HPLC法建立不同粒径连翘粉体的指纹图谱,结合主要共有指纹峰信息,对不同粒径连翘粉体进行系统聚类分析。结果不同粒径连翘粉体共有8个HPLC特征峰,根据各粉体单位质量峰面积,不同粒径连翘粉体被分为不同层次的3类,其中超微粉单位质量峰面积最大。结论不同粒径连翘粉体与化学成分溶出具有良好的相关性,超微粉碎技术可以促进有效成分的溶出,在粉碎加工药材方面具有很好的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprint of Forsythia suspensa Sieb.et Zucc. With different particle size and to systematically analyze the fingerprint of Forsythia suspensa powder with different particle size to explore the correlation between particle size and dissolution characteristics of chemical constituents. Methods Forsythia suspensa medicinal herbs were crushed, sieved and divided into 10 groups according to the particle size. The fingerprint of Forsythia suspensa (Forsythia suspensa) powder with different particle size was established by HPLC method. System cluster analysis. Results There were 8 peaks of HPLC in different size fractions of Forsythia suspensa. According to the mass area of each powder, Forsythia suspensa powder of different particle size was divided into 3 classes at different levels, of which the ultrafine powder had the highest mass peak area. Conclusions Forsythia suspensa powder with different particle size has a good correlation with the dissolution of chemical components. The ultrafine pulverization technology can promote the dissolution of active ingredients and has a good application prospect in crushing processed medicinal materials.
