“砍中国人头之类的事是家常便饭。把他们的尸体往山中一扔,便会有狼和狗来吃,令人恶心。”今天看来狰狞的内容,在日本人小林明一的眼中,似乎已司空见惯。在1942年的一封书信中,他还写道,这样的情形,他本人已“见过两次”了。这封信寄自中国山西省大同,收信地是日本北海道。从两名收信者小林俊子和芝原势津子的名字来看,这应该是小林明一的一封家书。或许是这样的内容太过直白,抹黑了日本军队的形象,该信件被日本军方审查机构标记为“抹消”处理。
