以TA1钛合金异质单搭粘接-自冲铆复合接头为研究对象,通过剖面直观检测法观察了接头成形质量。基于静力学实验对比了各组接头的静失效载荷及能量吸收性能,分析了各组接头失效模式。结果表明:三种粘接-自冲铆复合接头都具有良好的成形质量,其中TA1-5052复合接头钉脚张开度最大,铆钉刺入深度最深;TA1-Q215复合接头的静失效载荷最高,其能量吸收性能最优;三组接头胶层失效形式皆为基板与胶层粘接界面上的次价键被破坏,当上下板屈服强度差别较小时,接头失效形式为内锁破坏失效;反之,屈服强度较低的板断裂。
TA1 titanium alloy heterogeneous single-stick bonding - self-piercing riveted composite joints as the research object, through the visual inspection of the section profile of the joint forming quality.
