本文仅就作者参加地方劳动卫生立法、执法检查和劳动卫生管理实践工作中的一些感受,结合贯彻劳动卫生法规。就加强四川省劳动卫生执法队伍的建设和管理,提出目标激励、考核激励、建立内部监督、加强外部监督和加强对执法人员水平考核的管理措施。
