Translation is the translation of one language into another language, but it is not as easy as translation of words and words, words and words for the translation of literary works. Because language is the art of writing, the production of any language is inseparable from its unique geographical and cultural environment, so there are no two identical languages in the world. Then in the process of conversion between two different languages, cultural factors should be taken into account. Only in this way can we truly convey the thoughts and feelings expressed by the author in the text and achieve the goal of cultural transmission. This paper takes Tess as an example to discuss the intercultural communication of translation.
