电力基建工程不同于普遍工程项目,其具有技术含量高、作业风险高、人员流动性大等特点,这都决定了工程在施工过程中存在着诸多不确定因素,容易导致安全事故的发生。为此,我们应加强对电力基建工程中事故发生原因的研究与探讨,并通过不断探索新的管理理论与方法,以形成一整套系统、规范的安全管理模式和管理制度。本文结合实际工作经验,从电力基建工程的特点和安全事故发生的原因出发,并着重就新型电力基建安全管理模式的构建进行了分析。
Electric power infrastructure project is different from the common project, which has the characteristics of high technology content, high operation risk and large staff mobility. All of these determine that there are many uncertain factors in the construction process and easily lead to the occurrence of safety accidents. To this end, we should strengthen research and discussion on the causes of accidents in power infrastructure projects and continue to explore new management theories and methods to form a complete set of systematic and standardized safety management and management systems. Based on the actual working experiences, this paper starts with the characteristics of power infrastructure projects and the causes of safety accidents, and analyzes the construction of new power infrastructure safety management modes.
