党的十五届五中全会审议并通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划的建议》(以下简称《建议》)。这是我国21世纪的第一个五年计划,是党领导我国社会主义经济建设和社会发展的又一座里程碑,为我们描绘了21世纪中国经济社会发展的宏伟蓝图。认真学习《建议》,深刻领会全会精神,用以指导财政工作实际,对进一步加强企业资产与财务管理,促进企业改革与发展,无疑将产生重大而深远的影响。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee examined and passed the “Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development” (the “Proposal”). This is the first five-year plan for our country in the 21st century and is another milestone the party leads in the socialist construction and social development in our country. It depicts the grand blueprint for China's economic and social development in the 21st century. Conscientiously studying the “Proposal”, deeply understanding the spirit of the plenary session, guiding the actual financial work, and undoubtedly will have a significant and far-reaching impact on further strengthening the assets and financial management of the enterprise and promoting the reform and development of the enterprise.
