作者观察了两种中药钙拮抗剂DL—四氢巴马汀和青藤碱对兔输卵管平滑肌活动及对卵子运行的影响。结果表明:两药均可明显抑制兔离体输卵管峡部肌收缩活动,使其频率、振幅、张力均降低,收缩活动曲线面积明显减少,并能抑制去甲肾上腺素诱导的收缩效应。在iv HCG 48 h后,具有延缓兔输卵管内卵子运行的作用。结果提示,抑制平滑肌活动可能是这两种药物延缓卵运行的主要原因之
The authors observed the effects of two traditional Chinese herbal calcium antagonists, DL-tetrahydropalmatine and sinomenine, on the activity of the fallopian tube smooth muscle and on the ovum. The results showed that both drugs could significantly inhibit the contractile activity of the isolated isovolumectomy in rabbits, reducing the frequency, amplitude and tension of the contractile activity, and significantly reducing the area of contractile activity and inhibiting the contractile effect induced by norepinephrine. After iv HCG for 48 h, it has the effect of retarding the oviduct in rabbits. The results suggest that inhibition of smooth muscle activity may be the main reason that both drugs delay egg operation
