对橡胶试样进行氟碳表面改性处理,使橡胶试样表面形成一层致密的保护层。利用电镜扫描观察,保护层仅含有F、C两种元素及少量的Si,且形貌致密、均一、光滑。耐介质试验、光滑表面摩擦实验表明,氟碳涂层具有较好的热稳定性及化学稳定性,可有效提高橡胶试样的耐介质性、耐磨性和抗粘着性,降低橡胶试样接触表面的摩擦系数、动态摩擦区域温升及老化速度,改善动密封橡胶制品的使用寿命。
