基本情况为了落实党中央、国务院关于进一步加强人才工作的决定,经批准,中国机械工程学会已于2004年在全国组织开展了机械工程师资格认证工作。山西省机械工程学会与山西省招生考试管理中心联合于2004年11月20日在我省首次成功组织了机械工程师资格认证“综合素质与技能”考试工作,并取得了优异的成绩,合格率达到97%。机械工程师资格认证工作在全国的成功开展,引起国务院和国家人事部的高度重视,北京总部要求各省、市学会抓住国家启动工程师制度改革和积极促进加入工程师国际互认体系的大好时机,团结和调动社会各种资源,努力增强自身实力,在保证质量的前提下形成规模,扩大影响。认征特点机械工程师资格认证通过全国统一组织的“综合素质与技能”考试、业绩考核和同行评议相结合的方式对专业技术人员进行评价。坚持以市场为导向,以资格认证为龙头,实行“培训-考试-认证”三分离,体现公开、公平、公正的原则;资格认证与继续教育紧密结合,以真正体现专业技术人员的终身教育;实现业内认可的同时与国际互认,实现国际接轨。机械工程师资格认证是广大工程技术人员和有识之士提升自我、参与市场竞争的必经之路。认证对象从事机械工程领域工作的专业技术人员。认征条件1.申请认证机械工程师申请人须具有良好的职业行为,遵守职业道德规范,并且提供以下有效文件:①大专及以上毕业证(或同等学历);②工程师外语培训合格证(国家外语四级及以上等级证或人事部门职称外语考试合格证或山西省机械工程学会培训考核合格证);③计算机应用技术合格证(全国计算机等级考试NCRE证或全国计算机应用技术考试NIT三个模块合格证或山西省机械工程学会培训考核合格证);④机械工程师“综合素质与技能”全国统一考试合格证;⑤参加中国机械工程学会颁布的《机械工程类专业技术人员继续教育科目指南》中所规定的一门课程的学习并取得合格证(或国家人事部门、山西省机械工程学会颁发的继续教育培训考核合格证);⑥实际工作经历证明,专科毕业4年以上(非机械类需6年),本科毕业3年以上(非机械类需5年),同等学历者15年以上,同时申请人必须有一年以上在生产、科研工作岗位的实践经历;

Applicants for Certification Mechanical Engineer Applicants must have good professional behavior, abide by professional ethics, and provide the following valid documents: ① Diploma and above (or equivalent); ② engineer foreign language training certificate (national foreign language Grade or above certificate or personnel department of the title of the foreign language examination certificate or certificate of mechanical engineering in Shanxi Province, the training and examination certificate); ③ computer application technology certification (National Computer Rank Examination NCRE certificate or National Computer Application Technology Test NIT three modules pass Certificate or Shanxi Mechanical Engineering Institute training examination certificate); Mechanical Engineer “overall quality and skills” national unified examination certificate; ⑤Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society enacted “Mechanical Engineering professional and technical personnel continuing education subjects guide” in the (Or national personnel department, Shanxi Institute of Mechanical Engineering awarded the certificate of continuing education examination); ⑥ actual working experience shows that college graduates more than 4 years (non-mechanical needs 6 years ), Graduated more than 3 years (non-mechanical needs 5 years), equivalent qualifications more than 15 years, The applicant must have at least one year in production, research and practical work experience;
