石油管涂漆以往完全靠手工操作,劳动强度大、效率低,对工人键康有一定影响,油漆浪费。上钢一厂为改变这种落后状况,满足油井管日益增长的需求。自行设计制造了一套油管自动高压静电喷漆流水线。自82年底上机运行以来,情况一直正常。效果明显,可节约劳动力50%以上,油漆消耗节约40%、年节电1800万度。本流水线采用50—70℃蒸汽烘干,可连续静电喷涂,钢管前进速度8~25米/分连续可调,提升机构上升速度17.3米/分能断续或自动上升,设备能力33230吨/年。使用醇酸树脂配成1~#漆,油漆粘度13—15秒/20℃,油漆电阻率20—50MΩ/cm~2,喷涂速度2790转/分二支喷枪,输漆量20—180毫升/
