为了解银川市先天性心脏病(以下简称先心病,亦即先天性心脏缺损)的患病情况,以便进一步开展本病的人群防治工作,我们对银川市城区及近郊农村人口的1/10进行了流行病学调查,现报道如下。调查方法按分层整群随机抽样的原则,对银川市城区及近郊农村人口的1/10进行了调查,≥1岁的在户者均列为调查对象,受检率为91.2%。受检者均详细询问病史(着重母亲妊娠史,以及父母职业和是否近亲结婚、有无家族遗传史);全面体格检查,对可疑者隔日复查,并进行心电图、胸部透视和(或)拍片及二维彩色多普勒超声心动图检查。参照董承
