以杜邦公司Viton GF系列氟橡胶为生胶,采用Viton GF 200/Viton GF 600并用比为1/1改善操作工艺性,使用单一变量法逐一确定了硫化剂双二五(DBPMH)、异氰尿酸三烯丙酯(TAIC)、补强剂炭黑和甲基丙烯酸镁的最佳用量,成功开发了2种高强度氟橡胶胶料。结果表明,2种胶料均具有较高物理机械强度,其中添加喷雾炭黑的胶料拉伸强度高达28MPa,添加甲基丙烯酸镁的胶料撕裂强度达到52kN/m。
Using Viton GF series fluororubber as raw material and Viton GF 200 / Viton GF 600 as raw material, the operation process was improved by 1/1, and the single variable method was used to determine the curing agent DBPMH, isocyanuric acid Triallyl (TAIC), reinforcing carbon black and magnesium methacrylate, the best dosage, the successful development of two kinds of high-strength fluorine rubber compounds. The results show that the two kinds of rubber have high physical and mechanical strength. The tensile strength of the rubber with the addition of spray carbon black is as high as 28MPa. The tear strength of the rubber with magnesium methacrylate is 52kN / m.
