文章针对通信基站机房节能降耗的需求,设计并实现了一种联网型的智能通风节能控制系统。系统采集机房内外环境温、湿度实时监测数据,采用智能逻辑算法,控制进风机、出风机和机房空调设备的运行,充分利用机房室内外的温差,依靠大量的空气流通实现室内散热,以达到节能降耗的目的。联网型的设计保证了系统灵活的组网方式,更适合全程控制和集中维护。通过一年多的运行证明,系统能够在保证通信机房设备运行工作环境的同时,大幅降低机房空调的耗电,使设备维护方便、运行稳定,达到了设计目的。
Aiming at the demand of saving energy and reducing consumption of communication base station room, this paper designs and implements a kind of network-based intelligent ventilation energy-saving control system. The system collects real-time monitoring data of temperature and humidity inside and outside the equipment room and adopts intelligent logic algorithms to control the operation of the air inlet and outlet air blowers and air-conditioning equipment in the equipment room. The system fully utilizes the indoor and outdoor temperature difference in the equipment room to achieve indoor cooling by a large amount of air circulation. The purpose of reducing consumption. Network-based design ensures a flexible networking system, more suitable for full control and centralized maintenance. After more than one year’s operation, the system can greatly reduce the power consumption of the air conditioner in the equipment room while ensuring the working environment of the communication equipment room, and make the equipment easy to maintain and operate stably, reaching the design goal.
