外来生物入侵是全球性的社会经济和环境问题,探索入侵机制有重要的理论和实践意义。生长和防御具有权衡关系,资源从防御向生长的再分配可能导致外来入侵植物竞争能力提高,但其内在机制并不清楚。氮分配的进化假说认为,在入侵地外来植物对天敌逃逸的进化响应是降低叶氮向防御系统分配,增加叶氮向光合机构分配,进而提高资源捕获能力和利用效率,促进入侵。
Invasion of alien species is a global socio-economic and environmental issue, and exploring intrusion mechanisms has important theoretical and practical significance. The balance between growth and defense and the redistribution of resources from defense to growth may lead to increased competitiveness of alien invasive plants, but the underlying mechanisms are not clear. The evolutionary hypothesis of nitrogen distribution suggests that the evolutionary response of exotic plants to escape of natural enemies in invasive places is to reduce the distribution of leaf nitrogen to the defense system and to increase the distribution of leaf nitrogen to photosynthetic bodies, thereby improving resource harvesting and utilization efficiency and promoting invasion.
