这几年是建国以来经济、政治形势发展的最好时期之一,我国国民经济已经开始出现持续、稳定、协调发展的新局面。我区的形势也是好的,特别是84年第四季度以来,我区工业开始改变长期以来增长速度落后于全国的状况,出现了蓬勃发展的好势头。对我区经济的发展前景,应该有充分的信心。但另一方面也要清醒地看到,我区经济的发展还存在着不少问题,这几年的成就同全国相比还有相当大的差距。正当“六五”行将结束,“七五”就要开始的时候,进一步认清这些问题和差距,提出新的奋斗目标和相应对策,这是很有意义的事情。差距这里说的差距,不是指历史上遗留下来的经济水平的差距,而是这几年经济发展的差距——从中也可以看出思想认识和经济工作水平的差距。跟全国的情况相比较,以下几方面的
These years are one of the best periods for the development of the economic and political situation since the founding of our nation. Our national economy has begun to witness a new phase of sustained, stable and coordinated development. The situation in our region is also good. Especially since the fourth quarter of 84, the industry in our region has started to change its long-term growth rate lagging behind the country, showing a momentum of vigorous development. We should have full confidence in the development prospects of our region’s economy. However, on the other hand, we must also be soberly aware that there are still many problems in the economic development of our region. There have been quite a large gap between these achievements in the past few years and the whole country. At a time when the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” is coming to an end and the Seventh Five-Year Plan is about to begin, we should further recognize these problems and gaps, propose new goals for our struggle and corresponding measures.
