本文利用有限元软件DYNAFORM对料厚为1.2 mm的CK75(高强度弹簧钢)离合器传动片的弯曲成形回弹过程进行有限元模拟,利用正交实验研究了板料厚度、模具间隙、冲压速度以及弯曲角度四种主要工艺参数对离合器传动片成形高度的影响,通过正交试验结果的方差分析得出板料厚度对传动片成形高度具有显著的影响,而通过极差分析确定各因素对试验结果影响的顺序为:板料厚度、模具间隙、弯曲角度、冲压速度,并且通过因素与指标的关系图给出了最优的离合器传动片弯曲成形工艺方案。
In this paper, finite element software DYNAFORM is used to simulate the springback process of CK75 (high strength spring steel) clutch transmission with 1.2 mm material thickness. The paper studies the sheet thickness, die gap, Bending angle of the four main process parameters on the clutch forming height of the clutch, through the orthogonal test results of variance analysis showed that the sheet thickness has a significant impact on the forming height of the transmission plate, and determined by the analysis of the various factors on the test results The order of influence is: sheet thickness, die gap, bending angle, punching speed, and the optimal clutch transmission sheet bending forming process is given through the relationship between factors and indexes.
