近年来,随着人事制度改革的进行,市政公用事业单位人力资源管理也取得了一定的发展,但是由于市场经济所带来的激烈竞争,市政公用事业单位人力资源也存在一些问题。文章主要针对公用事业单位人力资源管理存在的一些问题以及应对的改革措施进行了说明与分析。
In recent years, with the reform of the personnel system, the human resources management of municipal public utilities has also made some progress. However, due to the fierce competition brought by the market economy, there are still some problems in the human resources of municipal public utilities. The article mainly explains some problems existing in human resource management of public utility enterprises and the corresponding reform measures.
