自1994年我国把汽车工业定为支柱产业以来,长安如今已凸显璀璨——已提前一年实现“三年再造一个长安”的战略目标,而具有里程碑意义的还在于其国内第一款自主知识产权的都市多功能车“长安 CM8”已于2004年9月16日下线……长安董事长兼总裁尹家绪说:“企业是舟,产品是水,战略是舵,资本是帆。”但这些皆需“人”来掌控,由是,笔者自此切入,以探寻其欣欣向荣之美景。商海航行靠“舵手”企业历史可追溯到1862年清朝大臣李鸿章的洋务运动之长安,到20世纪90年代中期出现16亿元亏损,濒临破产。
