随着全球科技的迅猛发展,新材料越来越受到当今社会的关注。材料的性能对于化工压力容器的使用寿命和质量具有较大的影响,因此,必须重视化工压力容器的选材问题。化工压力容器的设计者能够进行科学合理的选材,关系到压力容器经济合理性和安全使用。设备构成的物质基础就是材料,在容器设计中,材料的选用及影响与容器结构设计、强度计算同等重要,容器结构设计和强度计算主要是进行定量的计算,材料选择则更重视定性的分析。
