本文采用“多分区电力长期规划模型(IRELP/I)”的改进型IRELP/I.1,对四川主网1991~2020年水电的优化开发进行了研究,提出了经济合理的开发方案;并在国内首次研究了四川水电优化开发对长江三峡水电站的发电效益和综合利用效益的影响。本文的研究成果可为制定四川省水电开发和长江流域水电开发决策提供重要的依据,并可供三峡水电站设计和长江流域规划参考。
In this paper, the improved IRELP / I.1 “Multi-Partitioned Power Long-Term Planning Model (IRELP / I)” was used to study the optimal development of hydropower in Sichuan main grid from 1991 to 2020 and put forward the economic and rational development plan. For the first time in China, the influence of optimized hydropower development in Sichuan on the power generation efficiency and comprehensive utilization efficiency of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station has been studied. The research results of this paper can provide an important basis for the formulation of hydropower development in Sichuan Province and the decision-making of hydropower development in the Yangtze River Basin, and can be used for the design of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station and the planning of the Yangtze River Basin.
