Integrity, law-abiding, and reform are the new ideas put forward by our hospital to promote the progress of medical science and technology and to stimulate the advancement of medical science and technology by the Chinese Academy of Hospital Management. Medical staff’s enthusiasm for work, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests between doctors and patients, promoting the overall development has a positive guiding role, is conducive to the formation of a new hospital management mechanism, and created a new situation in hospital management. First, striving for “people rest assured that the hospital ” three ways 1, in good faith as a fundamental, let the patient “plainly see a doctor ”. Honesty is the foundation of all morals.
