2012年国务院政府工作报告:房地产市场调控处于关键阶段。我们坚定不移地加强房地产市场调控,确保调控政策落到实处、见到实效。要继续搞好房地产市场调控和保障性安居工程建设。严格执行并逐步完善抑制投机、投资性需求的政策措施,进一步巩固调控成果,促进房价合理回归。加快建设城镇住房信息系统,改革房地产税收制度,促进房地产市场长期平稳健康发展。
2012 State Council Government Work Report: The real estate market regulation is at a crucial stage. We firmly and steadily strengthen the regulation and control of the real estate market so as to ensure that the regulatory policies are implemented in a down-to-earth manner and we see real results. We must continue to do a good job of real estate market regulation and protection of housing projects. Strictly implement and gradually improve policies and measures to curb speculative and investment needs, further consolidate the results of regulation and control and promote a reasonable return of house prices. Accelerate the construction of urban housing information system, reform the real estate tax system, and promote the long-term stable and healthy development of the real estate market.
