企业文化是现代企业在国际市场竞争中的成败关键。已成为企业管理中最重要的方面.但企业文化作为一种经济文化仍较缺乏经济学方面的理论根据.本文试图结合新制度经济学的一些理论对如何建设企业丈化的问题进行探讨。
Corporate culture is the key to the success or failure of modern enterprises in the international market competition. Has become the most important aspect of business management.But the corporate culture as a kind of economy and culture lacks the theoretical basis of economics.This paper tries to discuss how to build the enterprise with some theories of new institutional economics.
