辣根过氧化酶(HRP)技术的创建是神经解剖学研究中的一项重要发展。但因HRP在胞体内易被分解,其标记效应受到很大限制。近年来,Gonatas等用植物凝集素制取一种新型结合HRP,如WG-HRP等.万选才等又筛选出CT-HRP,其标记灵敏性优于HRP和WG-HRP,是显示神经元全貌的重要探针。由于CT-HRP所需原料均需进口,限制了它的广泛应用。据此,我们用全部国产原料结合成CT-HRP;简化原有程序,提高了产品浓度;比较了不同工艺结合的国产及进口原料CT-HRP的标记效应,国产CT-HRP效果良好。
