目的:分析中西医结合护理在减轻骨科患者疼痛方面的效果和临床应用价值。方法:选择我院收治的骨科患者84例,随机平均分为对照组和观察组,所有患者行手术治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组护理方法为中西医结合护理;以患者的总满意率和疼痛评分为观察指标进行比较。结果:观察组效果更佳,总满意率更高,虽然两组患者的疼痛程度均有所减轻,但是观察组患者的减轻程度更大,与对照组相比P<0.05具有明显的统计学差异。结论:中西医结合护理效果显著,能够明显改善骨科患者术后的疼痛程度,有利于维持患者内环境和生命体征的平衡,有利于患者疾病的快速恢复,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect and clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in relieving the pain of orthopedic patients. Methods: Eighty-four patients with orthopedic surgery admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. All patients underwent surgical treatment and the control group received routine nursing. The observation group’s nursing method was Integrative Chinese and Western medicine. The patients’ total satisfaction rate And pain scores for the observation of indicators to be compared. Results: The observation group was better and the total satisfaction rate was higher. Although the degree of pain relief in both groups was alleviated, the patients in the observation group had a greater degree of reduction compared with the control group, P <0.05 had significant statistical difference . Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect of nursing. It can significantly improve the degree of postoperative pain in orthopedic patients, maintain the balance of patients ’internal environment and vital signs, is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients’ diseases and is worth widely used in clinical practice.
