某化工液氯装置20G废热锅炉筒体环焊缝上有横向的裂纹,经对该裂纹化学成分,宏微观断口,金相和硬度等分析,结合筒体环焊缝的受力情况,以及裂纹的位置,且其具体的工作环境,对横向裂纹产生的原因进行分析研究。结果表明:废热锅炉的环焊缝裂纹是由于应力腐蚀产生的,同时水质的不良加速了裂纹的扩展。
A chemical liquid chlorine device 20G waste heat boiler cylinder ring weld transverse cracks, the chemical composition of the crack, the macro-microscopic fracture, metallographic and hardness analysis, combined with the cylinder ring weld stress conditions, as well as cracks The location, and its specific working environment, the causes of transverse cracks were analyzed. The results show that the crack of girth weld of waste heat boiler is caused by stress corrosion, meanwhile the water quality accelerates the crack propagation.
